Children who have known nothing other than dental surgeries geared towards adult patients are delighted and relieved to find dental professionals who take them seriously, treat them with respect and believe that even a trip to the dentist can be fun.

I come from Germany where dental practices specifically for children providing excellent care, are part of the regular health provision. I was thrilled when Toothbeary opened in Richmond upon Thames as I was able to register my daughter as a patient. The high standards and the level of personal care impressed me. Therefore, when an opportunity came up to join the practice I jumped at the chance.
I previously worked for Prosana Kingston, a private medical practice in Kingston as the practice manager - a role I developed. I supervised the expansion of the practice and set long term goals for the business to achieve. Whilst I was in this position, I developed relationships with the patients whose health and well being were not only paramount to the success of the business but in addition important to me.
Toothbeary encapsulates my personal vision for dental and medical care and I would like to ensure that as many people as possible benefit from such high standards. I am proud to be part of this fabulous team whose care and dedication has made Toothbeary an award winning practice.

My role within Toothbeary is a balancing act of ensuring the practice is a friendly, child orientated environment combined with considering the business aspect of the practice.
My previous experience as managing director of a group of children's nurseries based in Surrey has made it possible to understand the needs and concerns of parents as their children grow and develop. As a mother myself I empathise with anxieties that all parents feel.
By means of my business background my career changed direction when I was offered a management position in an Award Winning Dental Practice in Haslemere. After only 2 years in the industry I was thrilled to be nominated for the national BDPMA 3M Practice Manager of the year award 2006, which I was proudly awarded in June 2006.
I have been inspired by both Cheryl and Nicole's vision for children's dentistry in the UK, and am delighted to support Toothbeary in a business capacity.
